Oh What Do You Do In The Summer Time?

SLIP N SLIDE!!!

Or at least that's what me and the Hunt's do.  It was a fun Saturday.  I started it off by running a 5k for Tiff (pictures to come).  Then came home and jumped on the tramp with the kids and did the slip n slide.  The water was FREEZING, but it was so much fun.  So this post is kind of going to be picture overload, but enjoy!

Me.....I had to try and stop myself by the end...most of the time I went off into the grass.

They decided to pull out their bag of tricks...I tried a couple and failed miserably....

Aimee tried to stand and slide, but ended upside down :)

This was the only one that I didn't completely fail at....I didn't get as much of a running start as the kids did, but I made it....just barely.

Parker somersaulted (sp?) down the slip n slide.

And to end everyone laying in the sun trying to get warm.  We would sprint to our towels after going down once.

Overall it was a great day.  I washed my car which got soaked by the sprinkles last night and is now all dirty again, played racquetball and went to Audrey's bridal shower and I have never been more sore in my life.

HOT ROD

Well, I am officially back in Utah.  It's great I love it, but I also miss California.  So, my Dad and I drove up last Thursday and Friday we went car shopping.  I have the greatest parents in the world.....they were nice enough to buy me a car and I will eventually be able to pay them back.  So, we looked mostly all over Provo, but finally settled on this sweet ride.....

Complete with pop top and curtains....aren't they kind and can't you see me in one of these!  Ha got ya! 

This is the real ride we decided on....a 2002 Honda Accord...it's nice and I like it...though I will definitely miss not having a live-in bus!



There he is...yes I've decided to call it a he....don't really know of any names, so suggestions are welcomed, though I may never name him after all...now for the inside.  These are mostly for my Mom to see what it looks like, so pass by if you don't want to see 'em.

Washington DC

Ok so I talked to Ally Peet last night and I have decided to save money so I can go and visit her in Washington DC.  Now I have an excuse to go back east.  So let the money saving begin.  It's going to be one BIG party that's for sure.  I'm super excited and hope that it doesn't take tooooo long!!!!!
