What a weekend!

So this weekend was pretty fun. I got to hang out with Randi and Claire on Saturday and then Claire again on Sunday. Saturday Claire and Randi came over for a BBQ with my family, and we all sat around and caught up. I also found out that Claire does not like cottage cheese..and I am her best friend and I did not know this!!! Also on Saturday I went and watched my little brother Aaron play baseball. He is pretty good. Later that night on Saturday Claire, Randi, and I went to Baskin Robbins to get ice cream. We sat outside and talked and laughed a lot more and watched all the creep-os drive by in their so called "cool" cars. On Sunday I went to church with my family and got to talk to some old friends there as well. In Relief Society I got to hold the Relief Society Presidents little boy Thomas, I think he is like 8 months old. It was pretty fun and we had some good laughs. He is such a cute kid. After church I went over to Claire's and we went and saw our friend Sill's new baby Bas who is about 4 weeks old, he is adorable! It was good to see Sill as well. After that we went to Christine and Shane's (Claire's sister and brother-in-law) new house and saw how the unpacking and decorating were going. It's looking pretty good, but they still have a lot to do. We went back to Claire's house later and rode her brother Henry's go-cart which was pretty fun, I was laughing pretty hard because the steering was pretty touchy so you would turn the wheel just a little bit and end up turning a lot. It kind of made me feel like I was drunk, and I also almost hit Claire!!

I have been riding my mom's old bike everywhere lately. Friday I figured I rode about 9 1/2 miles and 4 on Saturday and about 3 1/2 today. I am determined to get in shape again, but I'm having fun doing it. I also bought a new swimming suit today. It's pretty cute, but man do I hate looking for swimming suits. Tomorrow I get to go to the dentist and get my teeth cleaned..whoo hoo!! (that was sarcastic by the way) Well I am still working on 100 things, its taking kind of a long time. Hopefully I will be finished with it by the time I go back home to Utah on the 8th

California!

So I am at home now in sunny/windy California!!! I just got back today, but it has been fun already. I went and watched Tanner play tennis and he kicked butt!!! whoo hoo!! I also rode to meet Aaron after school and surprise him, which worked, he didn't even suspect me. So pretty much today has been pretty fun. My mom put me in charge of finishing dinner while she and my dad went to some meeting in Turlock. Don't worry the house didn't get burned down, thanks to Collin since I went and took a shower hoping to be done before the food was, but that didn't happen, so Collin took it out of the oven. Last time she leaves me in charge of the food!!!! Claire comes home tomorrow and I can't wait to see her. It will be super exciting and fun. Ok well I am still working on the 100 things about me and hopefully I will be able to finish it soon. It has been quite the challenge! Ally and Ashley I miss you guys!!!

Trash Party

So here is a picture from out trash party and the invite I recieved from Ashley about it. It made me laugh when I got it. It was quite that happening party. We took out all the trash and then followed it all up with watching Juno!

It's that time again guys, time to take out the trash. I don't know if you noticed, but our kitchen has been smelling really bad lately and I'm pretty sure I've figured out where its coming from: those bags of garbage we've had laying around for the last couple days. Maybe we should do something about it? Also, have you been inside Ally's room lately? Heidi, you really messed that place up. Maybe you could help her out a little and take out one of those 50 million bags of garbage she has in her room. Its the least you can do, considering its your fault. Here's the plan: We are going to meet in the kitchen of Chatham Towne 36 at 9:00 with all of our trash and then we are going to walk over to the dumpster together. Sound good?Does anyone remember how to get to the dumpster though? Its been awhile since I've been there so I'm not really sure how to get there anymore. I'll probably get lost so I'm going to need someone else to lead the way.See you then! You don't want to miss it! Its going to be the biggest party of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So as you can see we had quite a bit of trash. Some of it was also from our rooms, but a lot of it was sitting in our kitchen. Yay for the trash being gone. I'm sure we will have to have another one of these parties again in the near future.

Last day of Classes til Fall!

So as the title reads, today was the last day of classes. Since I will not be taking classes during Spring/Summer semesters I will not have to take anymore classes until the Fall! I find that quite exciting. Ashley made an event today on Facebook. The event is that our apartment is going to meet at 9 pm and take the trash out since it has been sitting in our kitchen for a few days. It's going to be quite the party.

Also today the movie Juno came out. I am pretty sure that I am going to be going and getting it very soon considering that it is pretty much my favorite movie!

Lately I have been working quite a bit at the Creamery. And my silly self signed up for a ton of shifts right when finals were starting. So pretty much until I leave to go home next Thursday I am going to be extremely busy working/studying/packing/cleaning and everything else inbetween. Stay posted as I am going to be posting "100 things about me" soon!!!!!

I'm a Blogger

Well, after seeing 2 of my roomates with a blog and thinking that it looked pretty cool I decided to get a blog of my own. Considering that finals are coming up I probably won't have too much time to actually keep things updated. Hopefully though after finals I will be able to. So I am going home to California on April 24 for 2 weeks. I am so excited considering that Utah has been so cold. Today was actually pretty warm but it is supposed to snow tomorrow. We will see if it holds true to what it says. I do like Utah though at times.

Finals are coming up and I am not too excited. I have so much studying to do for Stats and Physical Science. Oh what fun! Tonight The Hills is on at 11 and my roomates and I are super super excited! We watch a lot of TV around here. Mostly Jon & Kate plus 8, ANTM, The Hills, Desperate Housewives, Friends, and America's Best Dance Crew. And then on Saturdays we rent a bunch of movies to watch on Sunday. This Saturday we will be renting Juno since Ally has not seen it yet.

So this last weekend Bryan, me and a bunch of our friends went up to Vivian Park in the canyon and had a bonfire. We had collected like 20 pallets from vaious places and the guys stacked them way high and it ended up looking like a house. So, the flames were at least 20 feet high and if you stood too close it was super hot and felt like your face was melting off. Everything was going good until the sheriff came and got super angry and told us that we had to put the fire out immediately. Luckily there was the Provo river close by and the guys filled up garbage cans with water and it ended up making a huge mess.

The next morning we had to get up early (6 am) and clean it all up. I ended up not going and tried to get a little more sleep, but that did not happen because I could not go back to sleep. At 9 am I got up to drive to Aspen Grove with Shawnne, James, and Abigail, who will be working at Aspen Grove as well. We had orientation that day and I got pretty excited to work there this summer. I will be working in Arts & Crafts which should be interesting considering I am not much of and artsy person. After I got home from orientation I went to the volleyball game with Bryan and a bunch of our friends. Then we went to Divine Comedy which was hilarious. After that was over Bryan and I were starving because we both realized that we had "forgotten" to eat (or maybe it was more of we were having too much fun), so we all decided to go to IHOP. I have never eaten so much there ever. I had a whole omelet and 3 pancakes. WOW!! So all in all I had a very eventful/fun/tiring weekend!!!!!!
